Tripped Circuit Breaker

This is probably the most straightforward problem in the book, with the solution being simply flicking a switch. But if your air conditioner is constantly tripping the circuit breaker, there might be something more serious going on.
The Shut-off Switch Is Engaged
If your air conditioner has recently been serviced, it’s possible the technician may have forgotten to turn off the safety switch. Examine your unit for a shut-off switch, which will usually sit inside a metal box mounted on the wall. If you set your switch to “On” and the unit still doesn’t work, there is most likely another issue.
AC Needs A Reset
